Board of Directors
The Bellerive Homeowner's Association (BHOA) works on behalf of the residents of the Bellerive subdivision to protect, maintain and improve the common areas, privileges and interests of its residents. The BHOA is solely comprised of volunteers that give their time and talents for the benefit of the neighborhood. The BHOA is always in need of enthusiastic, caring, motivated volunteers. If you would like to be a part of a group of people that value the importance of the quality of life in the neighborhood where you live, please contact any Board member to get involved.

Born and raised in New York City to immigrant parents. I graduated from WC Bryant High School. I am
a Viet Nam Veteran having served for 4.5 years in the US Navy, honorable discharge and holding the
rank of Petty Officer 3 rd Class. I worked in various jobs once I was discharged from the Navy, finally
being employed by the US Postal Service as a Mail Handler. I rose through the US Postal Service ranks
holding positions as a Supervisor/Mails, Logistics Coordinator, Managing Air Operations, USPS
Instructor, Transportation Specialist, Mgr Transportation and Networks, Mgr Vehicle Maintenance
Facilities, Plant Mgr for Christmas Operations, Mgr Priority Mail Processing Center, A/Mgr Air Mail
Center, Indianapolis, Mgr HASP Eagle Hub, USPS liaison for FedEx, UPS, Ryan International Airlines
and Emory Worldwide, Chairman of Serious Fatality and Accidents, and worked as a team member
with many ground breaking initiatives and projects. I have written contracts for both air and surface
transportation. I also served as a primary witness for the USPS in EEOC hearings, NLRB hearings,
Mgmt/Union Arbitration hearings and Congressional investigations. I retired from the USPS in 2017,
after thirty-eight years of service and a total of forty-three years of federal government service. I
have been domiciled in over a dozen states during my postal career.
My wife, Glenda and I searched for two weeks for a home and community to reside during the late
summer of 2018. After looking at fourteen homes, it was decided to make the move into Bellerive at
Fox Hollow. Trinity had everything and more that we had hoped for. Glenda just recently retired from
the Department of HHS, where she worked as a manager of hiring and had also had worked for the
USPS and where we met. She had a combined thirty-five years of federal government service.
As a member of the board, I am committed to working for my fellow homeowners, being transparent,
having an ethical conduct, fairness, a competent fiduciary, giving each of you a voice, and very
important when I cast a vote it is for every homeowner and not to one individual.

My wife Pam and I moved to this beautiful community two years ago, to be with our daughter and three grandchildren, and to enjoy the Florida sunshine and lifestyle. We also have children and grandchildren in Massachusetts and Texas. I am a retired Senior Project Manager from Zachry Nuclear Engineering, managing multi-million dollar design projects. My husband and I both settled in Tarpon Springs in 1985. He is from Pittsburgh and I relocated from New Jersey. We met in high school and enjoyed the area so much that we never left. We settled into Bellerive in 2017 and loved raising our kids here. We have a daughter in college and a son in high school.
Throughout the years I worked mainly as a Program Manager for electronic contract manufacturing companies. I was tasked with ushering customer products from start-up to delivery. I have found it rewarding working with customers and finding the balance between their needs or goals and working with the various manufacturing teams to make it happen.
I look forward to working harmoniously with the other board members and volunteers in an effort to continuously make Bellerive a great place to live!
