Mission Statement

The Bellerive HOA board members will adhere to and ensure that the below Vision, Mission, Values, Board and Member Objectives are met to promote Bellerive as a community to reside and enjoy as homeowners with family and friends.

Vision

To sustain Bellerive as a premier community by working together with all residents to offer an inspiring and enjoyment of home and community, and preserve the beauty, safety, and value of our properties and neighborhoods.

Mission

Our mission is to preserve and enhance the quality of life and sense of community in Bellerive through effective and efficient management of the Association, reasonable and consistent enforcement of the governing documents to preserve property values, and ongoing support for initiatives and capital improvements that benefit the greater good of Bellerive residents.

Values

In all our activities to achieve our vision and mission we value integrity, fiduciary responsibility, fairness, consistent direction and common sense, community participation, respect, cooperation and sense of community.

Board Objectives

• Encourage collaborative and diverse participation that includes an involved membership.
• Build community relationships that capitalize on best practices and improvement opportunities.
• Utilize the experience of the Board members to make and implement responsible decisions and to be good stewards regarding the use of funds and assets belonging to the Association.
• Establish and maintain a strong financial foundation for all operations of the Association.
• Seek continuous improvements in effective and efficient management of the Association.
• Satisfy, maintain, and enhance community requirements relating to property values, and legal and safety issues.
• Uphold the governing documents of the Association by taking a fair, ethical and objective approach in representing the interest(s) of all homeowners to ensure that all additions, modifications and changes to individual units and common areas will preserve and/or enhance the value of our properties as a whole.
• Treat every issue which comes before the Board with courtesy and respect. Resolution(s) and response(s) will be promptly and clearly communicated to affected parties in a group or private setting as requested by the homeowner(s).
• Maintain and encourage open, honest and transparent communications between the directors and the homeowners.
• Communicate with homeowners in a timely manner through appropriate mediums as agreed by the homeowners and consistent with governing documents and facilitating opportunities for activities and committees promoting a close-knit, neighborly community that works together for the good of all.
• Serve in the best interests of the Association.
• Be mindful of and preserve the Board’s Vision, Mission and Values.

Member Objectives

• Good Neighbors First – there is no better substitute for resolving community issues as respectful, involved and cooperative neighbors.
• Volunteerism – we highly value participation in the Association that extends beyond the normal commitment(s) of being a member/resident.
• Property Maintenance – property owners/residents will maintain their respective property in accordance with our governing documents to enhance the Association and not to detract from the value of Bellerive properties or common areas.
• Common Good – we will evaluate all issues on their merit to the Association, our Mission, Vision and Values, and not in the interest of any particular group.
